Boasting a dry sauna, steam room, hot pool, cold pool, and varsity showers, it sets itself apart with some of the largest hot and cold pools among spas in Metro Manila. Depending on the selected package, the onsen can be accessed for free or at an additional cost.
Alternatively, standalone onsen access is available for 749 pesos, with a special offer on Tuesdays for complimentary entry when availing of other services. Massage Luxx usually invites celebrities to mingle with spa-goers on Tuesdays.
Beyond the onsen, the facility offers a bar and arcade area for relaxation while waiting for or after a massage. The reception area also includes a waiting lounge, where complimentary coffee and snacks are provided.
Areas for Improvement
The venue has a premium ambiance, but its large size sacrifices intimacy. There’s definitely room for improvement, such as the placement of lockers inside the wet area, making it warm and uncomfortable. Additionally, the lockers are frail and cramped.
Despite these considerations, the massage experience was excellent. Its quality is reminiscent of Nuat Thai. The therapists are also generally good-looking.
Overall, Massage Luxx Spa Libis Flagship has a huge potential to become a premier spa destination in Metro Manila with the implementation of necessary adjustments.
