Inside Gold’s Gym Vertis North Photos
Gold’s Gym Vertis North is arguably one of the largest branches of Gold’s Gym in Metro Manila. As you step inside, you’ll immediately be greeted by a generously sized reception area and a sprawling, high-ceiling gym space.
Men and women have separate locker and shower areas. From the reception, the men’s area is located on the left, while the women’s area is located on the right. Since there are quite a lot of lockers available, there is really no need to reserve a locker before visiting. However, you need to bring your own padlock if you want to secure your stuff. Luckily, the lockers are big enough to accommodate backpacks.
Right outside the locker area is the shower area. It contains five shower cubicles, two toilets, two urinals, two sinks (with mirrors), and a sauna. Unfortunately, as of writing, the sauna is non-operational.
Among all the Gold’s Gym locations that we have visited, Vertis North has one of the biggest and most well-maintained clubs. In addition, they also have a wide selection of workout equipment available. This includes bench presses, treadmills, multi-function workout machines, bikes, punching bags, and a dance studio, among others.
If you’re a newbie gym-goer and you do not know how to use or operate a particular machine, do not hesitate to ask any of the instructors on standby. They would surely be willing to assist. And don’t forget: always hydrate!
We hope this review gave you an idea of what’s inside Gold’s Gym Vertis North. If you wanna explore other gyms in the Philippines, visit our gym archives to know more.
