I’m Onsen Spa is a luxurious spa located on the upper ground floor of I’m Hotel— a 5-star hotel located at 7862 Makati Avenue in Makati City. The regular massage rate at I’m Onsen Spa begins at 2,000 PHP per person. This includes a 1-hour massage session and full access to the steam room, onsen, and sauna facilities.

3. Wensha Spa
Wensha Spa is one of Manila’s oldest spas that offer a massage and buffet package. It operates two branches: one along Timog Avenue in Quezon City and another just off Roxas Boulevard in Pasay City. Wensha Spa Pasay is newer and larger than Wensha Spa Timog.
Wensha Spa massage rates vary from 1,180 PHP to 2,360 PHP, depending on the treatment you wish to avail. They offer a range of treatments, including body massage, body scrub, foot and hand massage, and facial treatment, among others.
Regular rates cover unlimited buffet access and complimentary use of facilities including hot and cold showers, hot and cold jacuzzis, saunas, and steam baths. However, you are limited to 6 hours of maximum stay.
Wensha Spa employs some of the best masseurs in Metro Manila. However, their unlimited buffet falls short compared to their competitors, so do not expect exceptional food quality.

4. Ace Water Spa
Ace Water Spa is a large-scale spa facility that offers hydrotherapy treatments. Instead of human therapists, the spa utilizes water facilities such as hot herbal pools, a lazy river, steam and sauna rooms, and lapping pools with pressurized jets of water to facilitate the massage.
Ace Water Spa has two branches: one is located on the ground floor of Ace Hotel, a 4-star hotel in Kapitolyo, Pasig City near Ortigas, and the other is situated along Del Monte Avenue near the intersection with Banawe Street in Quezon City.
The regular rates for entry to Ace Water Spa are 600 PHP for adults and 300 PHP for children below 4 feet tall. This fee covers one-time entry and a 4-hour stay. The spa operates daily from 6 AM to 10 PM, and walk-ins are accepted without the need for reservations.

The New Lasema Spa Jjimjilbang is a Korean-style spa and bathhouse located at 8846 Estrella Avenue in Makati City.
